The road to get here is very tiny and very ruff. (We could only travel around 10mph) When we got there we didn't have enough cell phone service to even make a phone call(3G) with using Verizon which was supposed to have great service. We had 2 spots reserved and one of them was very trashy from the neighboring rv spot.
Although the creek is beautiful but to many other thing to take into concideration that we were unhappy with.
My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner here, and I stayed in one of the cabins the night before our wedding! We have also both received massages here. The Creekside is an absolute GEM in the heart of Monroe County, WV. The grounds and facilities are breathtaking and pristine, the service is incredible, and the food is absolutely to die for! I cannot recommend the Creekside more strongly!!!
Just called them and they told me the resort is not for vocation anymore. It is now for long-term renting ONLY.
